THE STUDENTS WILL ENJOY THIS FAST-PACED, ACTION PACKED CLASS FULL OF IMPROV, SCENE WORK AND MONOLOGUES! WE ALSO WORK ON MOVEMENT & STAGING. THE KIDS WILL LEARN ABOUT PERFORMANCE SKILLS WHICH WILL NURTURE SELF- CONFIDENCE AND HELP GAIN STAGE PRESENCE!

Gabie Whiteman started Avon Performing Arts in October of 2016 and continues following her passion teaching the art of Musical Theater and Acting. She began as one of Cleveland's own SINGING ANGELS and then headed to Boston where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from The Boston Conservatory. Gabie has almost 30 years experience teaching Music and Theater Arts in the classroom, with credits performing in New York City and in various locations around Cleveland and the world. She is working to bring quality arts programming to the children of Avon and surrounding communities.
